Sorry for the late reply, but the problem does seem to be the config file not being found. Does a config file need to be created prior to running test_proxy.sh?
Hi, it seems the config issue was fixed very recently: https://git.gnunet.org/gnunet.git/commit/src?id=fa443d7741e2ce7d0e0627ba61ed6d16e8f4df0f I am not sure of this fixes the guix build. You may test it using git head. BR
Thanks, this fixes the build. I'll backport this simple fix in the guix package definition for GNUnet 0.19.3.
