Hi,
I was told that QNX <fcntl.h> does
#define O_BINARY 000000
and this gives a warning in gnulib's binary-io.h. I've committed this fix.

* binary-io.h: Undefine O_BINARY before defining it. This avoids a
warning on QNX, which defines O_BINARY to 000000.
