These are

Failed tests:
GnuCOBOL 3.0-rc1 test suite: GnuCOBOL Tests test groups:

 NUM: FILE-NAME:LINE TEST-GROUP-NAME
      KEYWORDS

 655: run_reportwriter.at:3797 Sample Inventory Report
      report

Unexpected passes:
GnuCOBOL 3.0-rc1 test suite: GnuCOBOL Tests test groups:

 NUM: FILE-NAME:LINE TEST-GROUP-NAME
      KEYWORDS

 787: run_functions.at:4145 UDF with recursion
      functions local-storage

the sample inventory report should be fixed since long time, the "UDF
with recursion" is postponed to the next release, as it is now it may
work and may won't, depending on the underlying C compiler/library in use.
Therefore it is marked as SKIPPED for now.

STILL 3.o rc1. When is rc2 (or some such) going to come out with the
fixes?????

3.0 never got a final version, 3.1 is near to feature freeze (only items
in progress get in at all, otherwise it is some pending bug fixes).
3.1 rc1 "should" be out already, I'd say "expect it in the next two weeks".

But as the official CI build (currently at AppVeyor, which may change)
actually creates snapshots of any "working" build you can use those
without the need to create one.

Deep links to the latest working build below, provided by
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/GitMensch/trunk
where you also can access the versions of the last months.
