[open-cobol-list] CVS update (10) Fix truncation bug for binary-trunc=no

In light of my previous mail, let's get the runtime fixed.
In move.c, if we are doing binary to binary, then use 20
as the field size for indirect_move and not the attribute digits
field.
Still need to fix the warnings in typeck.c, but that can be done later.

As always :-) , run through OC and NIST tests.
