Albert,

I had to do little fixes to use BSIM3v3.1 model. I used
 gnucap-0.32 sources. Possibly, you have already done these
 fixes.

In "d_mos7.model:325" "name=pdiblcb" -> "name=PDIBLCB",
 otherwise "W0" was treated as "Wpdiblcb=0".
In "d_mos7.model:286..289" I swapped definitions of "UB1" and
 "UB". Otherwise "UB1" in model file was treated as "UB=1".
In "d_mos7.model:290..295: I swapped "UC1" and "UC" similary.

Unfortunately, this fix is not 100% correct. It will fail when
 parameter  list will contain two consequent settings" "UB1=nn
 UB1=nn".

I think that more correct solution is to demand separator
 (blank or equation sign) between parameter name and parameter
 value. If you agree, I can modify parsing routines.
