I'm still getting the same problem now that I've updated Windows to
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 25/04/2022 19045.3393 Windows Feature Experience Pack

Updating Windows 10 raised its build number to 19045.3324 (the August patchset,
while yours is the one from July), and I couldn't reproduce the problem there
either.
