Not everything is comited to CVS yet. And the question is perfectly
legitimate, but, although the matter was discussed in the list a few
months ago nothing has actually be done.
There are a few gnubg repos on github but these are snapshots (sometimes
with third party changes). Anyway, when we switch to git I think the new
repo should be at GNU savannah first. A possible migration to github or
elsewhere would come later.
I played a bit with conversion tools and I have a working (as far as I
can see) local git repo but I'm not familiar with these conversions
(and, frankly, neither with git) but it is important to get it right
before publishing it.
