Seriouly, how do you expect anybody could help you with such a vague
question ?
Your message was sent from a phone. Do you mean installing some app
based on gnubg on it ?
Do you have trouble finding the Windows distribution ? (the hosting site
changed a few months ago and some referencing may still be stale). It is
now at: https://www.gnu.org/software/gnubg/
Do you mean the mac OS version ? It has been unsupported for years. Some
old packages may be available somewhere but reports from those who tried
to install them on recent OS versions have been mixed.
