I suppose the simplest way would be to write to the address@hidden
list.
If they prefer not to write to a public mailing list initially, I don't
know of anything more restricted but private mail (for instance the
project page at https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gnubg/ shows 18
members including 8 admins, but as far as I know there is no
address@hidden or similar alias that would redirect mail to these
eight).
