First, it cannot be available from the Mac App Store since its terms of
use and the GNU licence are incompatibles.
Besides that, nobody has volunteered to build installable packages since
2014 and the macos versions of that time.

It would be nice if someone created, and ideally signed, packages for
recent versions of macos and gnubg, but I don't know where to look.
Maybe there are forums or something where amateur Apple developers
gather and it may be possible to get one of them interested in helping ?
