I'm not sure why a human would read this kind of id.

Maybe, if the information was split differently, with the position as a 
money game (with dice, cube position and value) in one part and, when 
relevant, the match information in the other, then being able to easily 
isolate the former could be useful ?

As it is, the Position Id alone is seldom useful, the Match ID alone even 
less.
