There is no way to do this at present given the options available when
launching GNUBG. This came up with portableapps.com as well at one
point. However I do see the merits in this as I have encountered
situations where using alternate start up files would have been handy.
If I get a chance today I'll look at implementing something that should
do the trick, and should make it into the next release (Still hoping for
Sunday).
