Besides separating the playing engine from the user interface, did you add some things that could be interesting in any case ?
For instance, usage of ARM SIMD intructions (useful by itself and the potential cleanup of SIMD code could help when adding code for Intel AVX), or using multithreading for play instead of only analyze if that was useful to get fast enough 2ply evaluations on slower processors.
