I couldn't find your original bug report, however I can reproduce the
behavior you describe dragging from the bar to the 6pt with the last
windows release. As you expected, the bug is a manifestation of the same
issue. Using the latest source code snapshot with my fix does correct
this problem as well. Since there seem to be many who are experiencing
this I'll see about producing a new windows build this evening.
