If threads are supported (compiled in) you will be able to issue a

set threads 4

command. I don't believe much if anything has changed in this area
since august. You may also find help in Achim's rpms on acepoint.de,
but I'm not sure how up to date they are. You will probably need to
rebuild from srpm to get the to work on your fedora system.
