The gnubg.weights file is present.
Changing all '.' to ',' (except the first one) does the job (European
decimal on this OS)
This also occurred in previous versions of gnubg (somewhere 2002-2003). That
time Jørn Thyssen (or Jim Segrave?) adapted the source. Perhaps that patch
was lost on the way?

The compiled and linked gnubg.exe delivers an Evaluation speed of 6857.
The Windows build from the gnubg.org site (20070731) gives an Evaluation
speed of 18584.
Which parameters in set COMPOPT (or config.h) should be changed to get a
reaonable speed?

Changing the [set PATH] gives "test OK" for mingw and GTK++, but building
gnubg errs allover.
It seems like all subdirectories of %GNU%/mingw are blind spots for Vista.
I guess it's: "Wait for a new MinGW" on this one?
