Hi Achim,
I wrote the lines in configure.in that ads -msse to the CFLAGS and I
don't know why that would fail on suse. Specifically the test is if
GCC=yes. You may have to do a bit of digging yourself to see if you
can come up with a better test. Note that it is not a good idea to use
CFLAGS=-msse globally if you are creating rpm's for distribution.
