[Bug-gnubg] Commentary optiion not available on View menu

When I open gnubg, it starts with the panels undocked. If I then go to
the View menu, there is no option to open the commentary window. If I
then dock the panels, the option to open the commentary window appears
on the View menu. However, the commentary window does not appear, even
though the option is checked. To get the window to appear, I must first
uncheck Commentary, then check it again.
