What problem do you have with the html in word?  In theory it should
work fine...  Alternately you should be able to print the html file from
your web-browser.

It kind of depends what you are trying to produce.  You can create new
html image files (which can be bigger for example or a different style).
 I did get sent some printer friendly designs, but unfortunately they
got corrupted...

I think the best quality images are from exporting to png (where you can
export 3d designs as well as 2d), but then you would have to cut and
paste the rollout output etc.
