[Bug-gnubg] Bundled generated sources from flex/bison choke compiler

Hi,

some generated code in $(SRC)/non-src/[X] chokes the Intel compiler (version
9.1.028). After regenerating the files with more recent versions of
bison/flex they compiled without problems. The versions producing working
files are: "bison (GNU Bison) 2.3" and "flex version 2.5.4"
