[Bug-gnubg] Window positions

I'm going to have a look at the code that creates dialogs to work around
the gtk window bug that pops up wrong windows when you close nested dialogs.

Well I'm at it I'll have a look at saving the position and size of some
of the windows.  Has anyone got any windows they would particularly like
the position remembered for?

Equally does anyone think I shouldn't save the window positions (or only
do it for windows - not linux)?
