Let's get rid of these. If someone wants these they can still fetch them
from the attic. (That's one of those wonderful things with CVS.)

I'll add another item to the 'Request For Removeal' list.

3) GDBM support training.

Actually, for the build of gnu backgammon that we're distributing to end
users, there not even use for training algorithms, or features to create
new nets.

Thanks to Jon for the libart independence fix.
