[Bug-gnubg] question: gnubg performance and benchmarks

Hi there,

Firstly, thanks to all for a really great product!

My question is that I am planning to buy a new PC and my only real criteria
is how fast it will run GNUBG rollouts. So, are there any thoughts on:

Processor? - AMD/Intel?
Memory? - How much is enough? Is there a max above which it makes no
difference?
Operating System (I probably have to use XP sadly for work compatibility)?
