Yup! You've missed this positing:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnubg/2004-09/msg00041.html

| Another question: Which bison and m4 do you use on Windows? The bison from
| MinGW doesn't find m4 (seems to be hardcoded to look only at C:\MSys\..)
| and the one from gnuwin32 needs libintl3.dll which I only find in a cygwin
| version.

C:\gnubg>bison --version
GNU Bison version 1.28

C:\gnubg>which bison.exe
c:\usr\local\wbin\bison.exe

C:\gnubg>ls -l c:\usr\local\wbin\bison.exe
- -rwxrwxrwx 1 user group 82432 Nov 11 1999
c:\usr\local\wbin\bison.exe

C:\gnubg>objdump -p c:\usr\local\wbin\bison.exe | grep dll
~ DLL Name: KERNEL32.dll
~ DLL Name: msvcrt.dll
~ DLL Name: msvcrt.dll

Maybe I'm a bit outdated with a build of bison that's 5 years old. A
real antique. I'm using the tools found here:

http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/

I usually hate i18n of the basic unix tools, and I therefor use this set
instead of the GNUWin32 set. I don't like Msys either, because I think
it's "too much".

We could agree on a lib set so our builds becomes comaptible to each
other. I try to use as few depending dlls a possible.
