A bit more playing with this position is interesting:

With ParlorBot owning the cube, 24/18 9/4 is the better play and 24/13 is
a fair sized mistake (0.060). With a centred cube, 1296 trials of 0
ply rollout make the two plays equal. With you owning the cube, 24/18
9/4 is a serious blunder (0.117). I think in the position shown, I
would have made the wrong play rather than face a double shot on the
18 point. Maybe that's why I'm not a better player.
