To check if the mailing list did receive the mail you can do:

(1) check if your mail appears in the archive
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnubg/). Please note that the
archives are *not* updated instantenesouly.

(2) uncheck the "nodup" option in the mailing
options (http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gnubg)

If you don't receive any replies this generally means that nobody has
time to work on the reported bugs or suggestions. In that case you might
want to report the bugs and suggestions in the bug tracker
(http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=gnubg) (one bug/suggestion per
entry, please!). This ensures that your bugs or suggestions are not
forgotten.
