[Bug-gnubg] HTML export settings

It seems like gnubg (build 20040518) is having difficulties evaluating "Show 
for close cube decisions" when it comes to html export settings. Below is an 
example of a first roll situation in a match which cannot qualify as a close 
cube decision. Still, the program exports it in my html page eventhough I 
have "Show for unmarked cube decisions" unchecked in my settings.

Cannot possibly tell from when "problem" started, but I do remember gnubg 
used to differentiate quite well between cube decisions with builds from 2-3 
months ago.
