[Bug-gnubg] Checkerplay vs cube decision errors

Hello,

after having read Kees van Doel´s item about checkerplay vs cube decision 
errors I found it hard to believe his results. I think GNUBG uses his formula 
to calculate FIBS ratings although I didn´t find the exact info searching the 
mailing list.

Here are my thoughts. I hope someone can explain to me.
