RE: [Bug-gnubg] Good beta release! (Suggestions)

One way to look at UI issues like this one is from the point of user
discovery: how can the UI make it likely that the user will discover how to
use this function.  Here's one solution: since the Rollout button opens a
new window dedicated to performing rollouts, the Settings function button
could be put on this window and fully labeled.  Instead of the rollouts
automatically starting when the window opens, there could be a "Start
Rollout" button on the new window.

I think Options is a better label than Settings, since this conforms to
Windows UI standards.  I notice that there has been a commendable effort in
gbg to conform to some Windows UI standards; I'd like to see this taken
further.  I realize that some of the Windows UI standards may not be ideal,
but when third party apps follow the existing standard it flattens the
user's learning curve enormously.
