[Bug-gnubg] Problem and some small bugs

Hello,

i am trying to connect 2 GNUBG nogui clients with "external 127.0.0.1:10000" 
and "set player 0 external 127.0.0.1:10000". Works fine with my notebook. 
Doesn´t work with my desktop pc.

Error message is "accept: No such file or directory" when issuing "external 
127.0.0.1:10000". GNUBG version is 1565 Nardy´s build. OS is Win 2000 SP4. 
"Ping 127.0.0.1" and "Ping localhost" works fine. I know this is probably no 
GNUBG bug but i am running out of ideas. Thx for help.

Small bugs: 1. GNUBG nogui Copyright 2004 is missing.
                   2. GNUBG nogui (Oystein´s setup file) doesn´t load XML met 
files. Fallback to Zadeh.
