Okay,

On Mac OSX 10.3 I built and installed gtkglextra 1.0.6 . Rebuilt gnubg
just for good measure. Ran gnubg, and same issue occurred.

Did the same with the latest files from CVS. Same result.

Its hard to say whether we are dealing with a bug in gtkglextra or
gnubg. I will make mention that when I was using the precompiled OSX
builds that were made available before that I would see intermittent
"hangs" during normal running operation. But they were not easily
reproduced.
