[Bug-gnubg] Setup button

Hi,

As a number of you may have seen, another complaint was made, in the GammOnLine forum, on the difficulty of starting a position setup/analysis situation, and I wondered whether there might not be a simpler route than those that have been tossed around in the mailing list.

It goes without saying that ideally, a second internal instantiation of a board would be available to move the pieces around and analyse, but let's put that aside for a moment.

How about creating a Setup button that could be activated as soon as GNUBG was opened. What it would really do is simply start a new money game, with manual dice, human vs. human, and have the Edit button already pressed as well. I also had a few suggestions:

- Add the possibility to activate or deactivate the Crawford within Edit mode, as being forced to do this only outside of Edit mode is counter-intuitive.

- Have the Save Position choice save the move's analysis results. In fact, adding an Analyze Match/Game/Position button might be a nice choice as it would certainly be used all the time.

- Add a choice in the Dice pane, or anywhere else if preferred, to remove the dice from the board, making it a cube decision. Right now, if one puts dice on the board, the only way to get a cube decision is to either switch turns twice in a row through the menu, or use the green arrows after exiting Edit mode.

                                                Albert
