Yes, Øystein's Installation Archive includes the uninstaller.
Uninstall as you do with any other Win32 program (Add/Remove
Programs).

Any changes you made (especially games/matches/sessions you saved)
will not be removed.

The uninstall program will tell you if the gnubg Installation
Directory could be removed or not when it's finished.
Remainders after uninstall can be deleted by removing the
Installation Directory.
(something like: My Programs/gnubg, the name will be mentioned by the
uninstaller)

gnubg for Win32 does not make changes to the windows folders or the
system folders. All needed files are kept in it's own directory.
The install program adds a couple of lines to the Registry, but those
are removed by the uninstaller.
