This is actually quite old code. I think we never got around make a 0-14
tag.

Seems like a good idea.

Hmm, I don't think we've been good making sure the specs were updated. I
think there are a few custom properties in gnubg that hasn't been
incorporated into the specs. For now it's probably OK to add your own
properties.
