For Øystein:
I propose to include gnubg.gtkrc.ja in the Installation Archive
(together with the directory /locale and DE, en_US, IT and JA)

On my page, you can download gnubg_gtkrc.exe.
It now contains Øystein's original gnubg.gtkrc.
Please let me know if this is enough?
