Sorry about that.  I have replaced it with a correct version; the MD5
checksum of the compressed file should be:

    b8ab016c1d948a32830952ba6e368947

This is just a mirror of:

    http://pages.quicksilver.net.nz/pepe/ngb/gnubg.weights.13.1.gz

so if you have trouble with one, please try the other.
