There are slight differences between how the player records are
calculated for the player records and for the "Match statistics":

(a) player records:

add the error rate per move for each game

(b) match statistics (ANalyse->Match statistics):

sum up the total error rate for each game, and divide by the total
number of moves

This is the reason why you get differences.
