Thanks, but I had cleared the cache twice. It's easy to see if it did so
properly in IE as if you don't, then downloading the file again is
instantaneous as opposed to the usual little-by-little downloading
process. Furthermore, your page correct showed New - Dec 31st, etc. All
3 times I tried, it gave me the old weights.

It's possible this is caused by the proxy server of your ISP (or the
cach of
your browser).
If ISP: it can take up to several hours before the changes of a webpage
reflect in your browser (especially if the filename and size of that
file
did not change).
And yes, even when you see page
http://users.skynet.be/bk228456/GNUBgW.htm
was updated (on top there is date and time), it still is possible the
'cached' files are 'downloaded' to your PC.

If browser:
IE has a setting: Tools / Internet Options...
In that window look for:
Temporary Internet Files, the button 'Settings' and click it.
You'll see: Check for newer versions of stored pages.
Check 'Every visit to the page' when you have a fast internet
connection,
otherwise check 'automatically'
