I've added some code for reading databases from ExactBearoff but I never
tested it[*], so unless you want to be a guinea pig, I suggest you wait
until I've tested it. Also, it requires you to rename/copy the file into
the gnubg directory with the name gnubg_ts.bd before gnubg can pick it
up.

although gnubg can't analyse the table stakes.
