I can't reproduce this. Checking/unchecking the setting in the Rollout
pages does set/unset the truncation enable flag in the rolloutcontext 
(fDoTruncate). In rollout.c, this setting is combined with the
Truncation ply setting, so if Truncated rollouts are disabled, it
will not truncate any game which can complete in less than 0x7fffffff
moves. The truncation enable flag is turned off if you set the
truncation point to 0 moves (and that will be reflected if you re-open
the rollout settings page).

There's some bad English in the text message given when truncation is
enabled, but I think that all the settings work correctly.
