[Bug-gnubg] Probabilities in cube situation analysis

while going through a match today I thought I'd roll out some cube
decisions and noticed that if I roll out my opponent's double gnubg
doesn't use the results in the analysis of my take/drop.

is this intentional?  and if so, what's the reason?
