[Bug-gnubg] Request: show move first before starting tutor

After calling the Hint window, choose a move, then click the 'move' button.
With Tutor Mode on, GNU first analyses (or evaluates) that move and then
plays the move and passes the dice.

Possible to first show the play before starting the analyse (evalution) ?
That way the User sees the position that is being analysed (evaluated). As
is the normal way during play with Tutor.
