[Bug-gnubg] windows install bug

I just tried to install version 0.12 (build 021015).  I installed it a few
days ago on another windows machine without problem.  But here (win98SE),
I get the following error when i launch it (below), which opens up in a
DOS window.  If I leave the DOS window up, I can actually play the GNU
Backgammon (which is in its own window).  However, if I tell the DOS
window with the errors in it to close, the whole game closes... Any
suggestions?  I'll be glad to give you more info if you like.  Thanks for
working on a great product.
