I'm really trying to fix this, but I don't succeed! Have you ever used
My Inno Setup? What ever I try I just can't make it work. There's
also a problem that the --datadir option can't (afaik) handle
file name spaces (which "C:\Program Files\" has.)

If you can work out a good solution for setting the right HKEY with
My Inno Setup, I would be very thankful!
