gnubg is written in ANSI C, so it should compile with just about any
compiler.

However, if you want the graphical interface you should find some GTK
libraries for OS X. A good place to start is probably
<URL:http://www.macgimp.org> which is the Mac port of GIMP (GTK=Gimp
ToolKit).
