[Bug-gnubg] Bug?

I don't know if this is a bug or ignorance on my part.

 

I played a session of several money games against gnubg (latest version, full download), then analyzed them. When I was then going through checking my plays, I noticed several times that plays marked questionable in the game record window were considered the best play in the analysis/annotation window. Shouldn't these agree? What do I need to do if this is due to my ignorance of proper settings?
