I don't know if I misrepresented the problem when I referred to "redoubling
to 4".  I think in some areas of the GNUBG program the term "redouble" is
synonymous with the term "beaver" ( at least that's what Help/Commands
says).

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I was actually not beavering
here. The cube had been on 2 for some time and I was doubling to 4.

Also I have seen GNUBG warn of bad cubes to 4 when not good enough to
double, so the cube tutor seems to work to some extent.
