I don't think asking users to adopt a non-standard resolution is a
solution. 99.9% of users will be using either a 1024x768 or an 800x600
resolution. Ned Cross was kind enough to send me a screenshot of his
windows placements, but it is soon clear, after trying to follow it,
that it cannot work in a 1024x768 resolution. Thanks anyhow, Ned. :-)
