Revised gawk roadmap now available

Hello all. I have revised the gawk development roadmap at:

If anything there REALLY bothers you, please let me know. In particular,
if you use one of the obsolete systems listed, with a current version of
gawk, then you need to volunteer to be a maintainer; otherwise support
*will* eventually go away.
