Thanks for volunteering for this translation work! The two first locations
to look at, for your questions, are the project's homepage (which you found)
and the Translation Project's list of packages:

Here you see that lordsawar's is in fact managed through the Translation
Project. This means that in order to do this translation work, you should
join the German translation team (see
<http://translationproject.org/team/index.html>), so as to avoid possible
duplicated work; you can there also get tips about words that are particularly
hard to translate. Then you can submit the translation as described in
<http://translationproject.org/html/translators.html>.
